Just found our new certificates in the daily mail. Of course we succeeded the Audit
beginning of April at the first try. For environmental and economical reasons
we have always optimized our energy consumption for decades already.
DIN EN ISO 50001 will support to improve our energy efficiency systematically in order to reduce the impacts on our all environment as well as energy costs

Precise die-cast parts are the result of consequent implementation of requirements from our DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certified quality management system.
Together with competent staff, modern equipment, innovative technology and perfect organization,
we achieve a high degree of process reliability, quality and cost efficiency.  

Since the second quarter of 2014, a new 2D-testing machine has been commissioned at Wissler and Rademacher.

The digital measuring projector Keyence offers a totally new way of measuring dimensions. The 2D measuring projector combines the advantages of the traditional measurement methods and is faster and more accurate at that. There are no application dependent fluctuations; therefore process capability can be assessed more precisely.

The significantly reduced measurement time and the possibility to test multiple objects simultaneously help reduce the start-up phase in production, support series tests and also offer advantages in terms of inspection of incoming and outgoing goods.

We use the CAQ software Syncos from Innotec Systemtechnik GmbH to support our QM-system and can carry out all necessary quality assessments ourselves.
