Starting with the organization through a sophisticated job scheduling and shop floor data collection software from ProSeS BDE GmbH, right up to final quality control, we rely on the latest technology and a growing degree of automation.

Immediately following the casting process, numerous machining options can be selected automatically at Wissler & Rademacher. Thus, we are able to produce large quantities at high speed with consistent and reproducible quality. It means maximum productivity and minimum waste.

In order to ensure that things remain as they are, we are continually investing in technology, development and training for the benefit of our customers.

• Production capacity 6000 t / year
• Production runs in 3-shift operation with a 7-day permit.
• Our machinery consists of
• 40 hot chamber die-casting machines with clamping forces from 20 to 315 t
• Robot-assisted unloading equipment
• Processed alloys: Z410, Z430 and Acuzinc 5
