Due to continously strong demand of relatively small castings with highest requirements in precision, we have just installed another 20 ton zinc diecasting machine.
Looks quite sweet besides our bigger machines with 220 and 315 tons locking force, but is another powerful and reliable performer. The Frech W20-F is of course equipped with Real-Time-Control and a wide range of existing options.
By the way: 20 and 315 tons. According informations of machine manufacturer Frech, we are the only zinc diecaster in Europe having all machine sizes from 20 to 315 tons locking force. Quite helpful for new applications and tool transfers too.
