The zinc diecasting process has been automated long time ago and is still optimized every day. Secondary operations like deburring, drilling, milling etc. too and for more than two decades now, our own machine development and manufacturing center is offering highly automated and sophisticated solutions for whole assemblies of zinc diecastings and the required components.
As a consequence, we have now also developed automation systems for picking and packaging our zinc parts at Wissler + Rademacher. Last year 120 m² of production space have been dedicated for the € 200.000 investment in a new
packaging and labelling machine.
Our zinc diecastings and whole assemblies may so be picked, sorted, packed and labelled in 2-shift operation. Packings could be cartons or plastic boxes with dimensions up to 400 X 600 mm and weights up to 50 Kg. Machine capability is up to 500 units per hour.
We have now fully automated and reliable processes in zinc diecasting, secondary operations, assemblies AND packaging and labelling.
